MassArt is out of the question (deadline is Feb 1st and my portfolio is only 10 pieces right now. They want 15.) NESAD at Suffolk is way out of my price range but I might apply anyway. UMass Dartmouth is over an hour away but has an amazing BFA in illustration, so applying there too. Framingham State is dirt cheap and I can easily bike there in 10 minutes, but their illustration program is less than stellar. Applying anyway. If I get accepted to UMD’s program, ill defer my acceptance to Framingham. I’ll probably test it out for a semester and see if it’s worth the 1+ hour commute. Then decide: UMD versus convenience of Framingham State. Why is school and life so difficult?
